- Perform preventative maintenance, filter changes, UV maintenance, sanitizations, and system calibrations.
- Install, start up, service, modify, and repair industrial water treatment equipment.
- Diagnose and repair water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, deionization systems, pumps, motors, piping, filters, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot low-voltage, high-voltage, and control wiring issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding equipment performance, service findings, and recommended solutions.
- Collect water and bacteria samples when required.
- Exchange DI tanks and portable equipment while ensuring proper system operation.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and keep service vehicles clean and organized.
- Identify opportunities for additional customer solutions and communicate them to the Industrial Sales team.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours customer support.
- Travel throughout the Southeast, including occasional overnight travel.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial water treatment, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or utility service.
- Experience with reverse osmosis, deionization, water softeners, pumps, motors, filtration systems, or similar industrial equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing materials including copper, PVC, CPVC, Poly, and PVDF.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, including low-voltage, high-voltage, and control wiring.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Lift up to 80 pounds independently (heavier loads with assistance).
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in a variety of commercial and industrial environments.
- Obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- Operate a service truck and forklift.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
