Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Account Manager supports the sales process by following up with homeowners regarding previously presented proposals, ensuring a remarkable customer experience, and helping convert opportunities into closed sales. This role serves as a key point of contact for homeowners after the initial appointment, utilizing a structured and process-driven approach to communication, follow-up, and organization. The Inside Sales Account Manager works closely with the Sales, Customer Care, and Production teams to support company goals, maintain accurate customer information, and help provide a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
The Inside Sales Account Manager follows up with homeowners by phone, email, text message, and other communication channels regarding previously presented proposals to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities. This role builds rapport with homeowners, helps guide them through the decision-making process, responds promptly to inquiries and cancellation requests, and works to retain previously sold projects by addressing concerns and helping resolve issues that could result in cancellations. Additionally, they maintain accurate and complete customer records, schedule appointments, provide administrative support to internal departments as needed, collaborates effectively with team members across the organization, and follow established processes and communication standards.
This position earns an hourly rate plus commission!

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force to move or transport objects.
