Purpose: The Inside Sales Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team to ensure successful enrollment is being completed as well as supporting Inside Sales activities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Managing mailing for enrollment, including introduction letters, reminder postcards, application packets and posters for facilities.
- Proofreading all correspondence and making adjustments when necessary.
- Enters all financial classifications as it relates to sales.
- Sales support.
- Oversee facility records reviewing process during churn.
- Prepare daily facility lists for Reviewers to complete.
- Supervise and assist Facility Records Reviewers as needed.
- Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
- Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree or experience preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Must have a sense of urgency and be dedicated to excellent customer service
- Previous sales experience helpful.
- Previous administrative/clerical work required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
