Job Title - Inside Sales Representative

At All-Star Sports Academy, you will conduct sales through constant recruiting of new and existing families for lessons, teams, and programs seasonally as directed. Additionally, you will be initiating cross-selling opportunities with current families and upselling all current families to other ASSA products. This is a non-exempt role that reports to the assistant telemarketing lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Make outgoing phone calls to new and existing clients per R2 by your manager.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching prospects and leads for potential accounts.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and register clients for ASSA events.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database. Attending periodic sales training where applicable.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
  • Develop an understanding of ASSA CRM (Salesforce) supplying proper notes and information for accurate data tracking.
  • Maintain required conversion rate per ASSA average sale per presentation.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required.
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong work ethic & self-starter
