Guardian Tax is growing our Chandler sales team and seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll be speaking directly with individuals who are actively seeking help with tax relief solutions. Your role will focus on building rapport, understanding each client’s needs, and guiding them toward the best possible resolution.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
• Build rapport quickly and understand client needs
• Present and explain available resolution options
• Guide conversations toward confident, effective closing
• Stay focused in a goal-driven, performance-based environment
• Track performance and continuously improve results

Position Details
• Chandler, Arizona (On-site)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
