We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales process from lead generation through closing.

Key responsibilities

· Generating and qualifying new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach

· Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective and existing customers

· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

· Prepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals

· Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and field sales teams

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

· 1–3 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

· Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
