Parman Energy is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Our new Inside Sales Representative services existing accounts and develops new business by making regular contact with customers and following up on leads, as well as entering and facilitating orders.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain existing accounts by developing and maintaining customer rapport, assess products and services, and discovering additional selling opportunities.
  • Develops new business by making regular contact with dormant or non-buying Parman accounts, and following up on leads.
  • Manages a list of target accounts, effectively communicating with contacts, cold-calling as needed, and creating proposals.
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Adjusts content of sales presentations based on each customers needs. 
  • Enters and facilitates orders by effectively communicating any special customer needs. Assist Accounting department in collecting invoices when needed. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication via CRM system.

Requirements:

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. 
  • Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
  • Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, taxes, freight rates, and rack prices. 
  • Experience in Petroleum Sales preferred.
  • MVR that meets company's insurability standards.
