POSITION SUMMARY
The Install Administrative Assistant supports the install administrative team in subcontractor invoice processing, compliance tracking, and general administrative operations for a multi-state subcontractor-based installation division. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working with financial data and compliance documentation. This is a fast paced, process-driven role within a growing team. The right candidate is organized, dependable, bilingual (English & Spanish), and eager to grow within the construction and installation industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting assigned department with clerical and office duties.
- Daily use of Microsoft Office Suite products (including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other internal systems).
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers.
- Update and maintain online and local databases.
- Communicating company updates to internal employees, collecting, and mailing correspondence, copying information.
- Enhances organization’s reputation and scope of role by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and adding value to job accomplishments.
- Maintain consistent and dependable attendance, recognizing that this role requires exceptional dedication to demanding hours and the flexibility to accommodate dynamic schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- High School diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred).
- Construction environment experience or one year experience in a similar role.
- Invoice processing and general accounting knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Insurance or compliance background is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to allow you to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
- Proficient with web browsers, search portals, online data retrieval.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, phone/administrative skills.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Strong attendance.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Frontier Door and Cabinet’s Safety Program and all established safety rules must be followed, and equipment used where required. This will include safety glasses and hearing protection. This position will also require use of gloves, safety glasses, and dust masks.
