Job Summary
The Assistant is responsible for the on-site assistance to the Lead Installer and other crew members in the installation of spray polyurethane foam insulation and other types of insulation, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities 

  • Job Site preparation - air seal windows and doors using can foam, cover windows, doors, floors and other necessary areas, set up scaffolding, ladders, and other necessary equipment, assist in organizing tools and materials for efficient workflow.

  • Job Site Cleanup - scrape excess spray foam from studs and other surfaces, trim over-sprayed or uneven foam for a clean finish, sweep and maintain a safe area throughout the job, bag and load removed material and debris, safely dispose of insulation waste and job sit trash, assist with final walkthrough to ensure site is left clean and professional.  

  • Support Duties - Follow instructions from the Lead Technician, maintain safety standards and wear appropriate PPE, help with material handling and equipment relocation, communicate clearly and respectfully with team members.
  • Follow project specifications and manufacturer instructions
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of hands-on SPF or Insulation experience preferred
  • Physically fit and able to work in hot, confined, and elevated spaces
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed, some overnight stays likely
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn SPF systems and equipment


Compensation: $17.00 per hour
