This is a performance-driven sales role with strong support, hands-on training, and real income potential.

Compensation:

$40,000–$55,000 base salary + uncapped commission

First-year earnings typically range from $60,000–$90,000+, with top performers exceeding $100K+

Your base salary is designed to support you while you ramp up. As your production grows, your income shifts toward commission—giving you unlimited earning potential.

Hybrid Work Schedule:

This role begins in-office for training and onboarding (first 60–90 days).

After training, team members earn a hybrid schedule based on performance, typically working 2–3 days per week from home.

Remote flexibility increases with consistent production.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred

This is a proactive sales role—success in this position comes from building your own pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and relationship development.
