The Intern role provides practical, real-world experience within General Refrigeration by supporting an assigned business unit and contributing to meaningful projects. Intern responsibilities vary by placement and may include support in engineering, marketing, construction management, or administrative operations while building foundational workplace skills such as communication, organization, and problem-solving. The different types of Intern positions include:

Management Intern

Assists with day-to-day business operations and special projects while gaining exposure to leadership, planning, and organizational processes across the company.

Engineering Intern

Supports engineering staff with technical projects, research, documentation, and design-related tasks while gaining hands-on experience in engineering operations.

Admin/Marketing Intern

Provides administrative and marketing support through data entry, communications, content assistance, event coordination, and general office projects
