QUALIFICATIONS


 


Required: 



  • High School diploma or GED

  • Ability to read and write fluently in English

  • Current enrollment in post-secondary, IT related, degree granting program


 


Preferred:



  • Previous IT work experience

  • Pervious customer service experience

  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with internal and external customers of Enable Injections

  • Ability to take directions from supervisors and adjust to changing work targets

  • Desire to work in a constantly changing, dynamic work environment

  • Good time management skills

  • Ability to follow defined procedures

  • Ability to collaborate and maintain cooperative work relationships with others

  • Ability to adapt to change and handle unexpected situations with close guidance

  • Ability to stay focused on tasks, organize, compare, interpret basic data, and assess problems with guidance

  • Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management


 


Physical Requirements:



  • Extensive computer work

  • Long periods of sitting or standing

  • Move from one job location to another as needed

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to climb ladders as necessary

  • Navigating and walking over/under exposed piping


 


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Respond to end user requests for assistance

  • Assist in routine IT department tasks such as managing inventory of IT equipment, setting up new user accounts, deploying new hardware and software, and organization of IT storage areas

  • Support IT department initiatives with special project work

  • Perform research tasks both proactively and as assigned

  • Other tasks as assigned by management
