The Inventory Associate is responsible for conducting inventory counts, ensuring inventory is reflected correctly in proprietary software and that best practices are taking place to mitigate issues that may arise with inventory inaccuracies.

Essential Functions
- Responsible for executing cycle counts and annual inventory count at respective location
- Works with Production Manager and Operations Team on continuously improving warehouse practices and processes
- Investigate all shortages and overages and works with Finance to immediately create inventory adjustment
- Informs sales when we are sold out or low on stock.
- Tracks and identifies potential shrinkage causes and solutions
- Confirm bin accuracy - right product in the right bin
- Identify and label frequency of cycle counts needed by part
- Communicate inventory that has been on the shelves for a long period of time to the VP of Channel Strategy
- Identify and communicate with other warehouse leads product that needs to transfer to other locations
- Main point of contact for warehouse to locate product that the warehouse associates are not able to find
- Ensure correct labeling of product and bins

Education & Experience
Minimum one year relevant experience required
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing as needed to complete repairs
Ability to work within a high level of noise and some dust
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in accordance with product inventory
Ability to utilize required toolkit as necessary for repairs
