JOB SUMMARY

Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. The primary role is to perform regular counts to identify possible discrepancies in inventory quantities and reconcile discovered variances according to the approved policies and procedures. This role will also need to effectively communicate variances, billbacks and/or any other relevant updates to local operations and sales leadership, as well as our finance team.


Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily cycle counts to audit inventory accuracy. 
  • Report, research, and document inventory discrepancies and variances. 
  • Perform regular vintage and date checks. 
  • Audit driver returns and shortages. 
  • Manage warehouse breakage. 
  • Audit code dates and code date days regularly. 
  • Ensure product is properly rotated according to procedure. 
  • Manage warehouse cooperage. 
  • Manage warehouse billbacks. 


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma/GED required? 
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office 365? 
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills? 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours throughout the week and occasional weekends. 
  • Week before and during National Holidays are a must to work. 
  • Dress code is business casual; closed-toe shoes are suggested. Other restrictions may apply. 
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs. minimum, climb ladders while working safely. 
  • While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to stand; balance; walk; climb stairs, sit; use hands to feel and handle objects, tools, or controls, including standard office equipment such as computers and phones; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; and have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.
