About the Role:
Coastal Protection Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! In this key role, you'll oversee inventory operations and help keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily inventory control operations and warehouse activities
  • Receive daily UPS/Fedex shipments, unpackaged, cross reference POs, update inventory, and create/print barcode labels
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and perform regular physical inventory audits
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability
  • Generate inventory reports and present findings to management
  • Handle Return Authorizations and create shipping labels for products to distributors 
  • Organize & help technicians keep proper inventory on vans
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Proficiency with inventory management software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors & small warehouse environment
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
