Inventory Team Member/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Inventory Team Member to assist in managing inventory levels, counting stock, and keeping accurate records of goods and materials. This person will also function as an Administrative Assistant to our Park Manager.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Ability to lift and move heavy items.

- Basic math skills for inventory counting.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge/experience in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

- Assist in receiving and counting incoming shipments

- Help in recording and maintaining accurate inventory records

- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas

- Processing invoices

- Assisting with other office duties as assigned
