As a Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager here at Honeywell, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the strategic success of our supply chain initiatives. Leading a team of project managers, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, from procurement to customer fulfillment.

- Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain function
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain or supply chain project management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
