Job Duties: 

• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, waxing, vacuuming, and stain removal of all flooring in the Introductory Casino.

Cleaning of flooring to be performed in accordance to manufacturer's recommendations for each surface.

• Wipe down all wall and ceiling surfaces including, but not limited to grills, fire alarm devices, fixtures, outlet

covers, and access panels.

• Clean all glass inside and out including mullions, jams, sills, windows, storefronts, canopies, domes, entryways,

door sidelites, door lites, door transoms, interior windows and mirrors, any other glass surface, etc.

• Wipe down all doors, frames, and hardware including tops of door tops of doors and door frames.

• Clean all exposed railings and handrails.

• Clean all laminate / solid surface countertops, base cabinet exteriors, base cabinet interiors, wall cabinets,

desks, vanities and vanity tops, and wall caps, All millwork shall be cleaned inside and out including shelving,

drawers, cabinets, grommets, and finish hardware. Cleaning of millwork and countertops to be performed in

accordance to manufacturer's recommendations for each surface.

• Clean and sanitize all toilets, toilet compartments, urinal screens, toilet accessories, and plumbing fixtures in all

restrooms, locker rooms, janitor’s closets, specialty rooms, and anywhere plumbing fixtures are present.

• Clean all tile surfaces, mirrors, and light fixtures in restrooms, locker rooms and specialty rooms wherever

present.

• Clean all metal lockers and fire extinguisher cabinets inside and out.

• Wipe down all exposed conduit, ductwork, piping, including all mechanical and electrical equipment, and

extruded metal louvers.

• Remove any protective film/coverings and any non-permanent labels and clean decorative wall and ceiling

fixtures, themed walls, artifacts, artwork, and any other themed finish.

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment including appliances, sinks, plumbing fixtures, etc. in kitchen, bar, and

service bars. This shall also include cleaning of cooler and freezer equipment in warehouse.

• Dust and clean all signage boxes, room signs, wayfinding signs, wall mounted specialty signs, emergency exit

signage and lighting.

• Clean all supporting back of house areas including but not limited to offices, warehouse area, employee dining,

cage, counting rooms, elevator lobbies, storage areas, etc.

• Power wash loading dock area on ground floor, and parking levels P1 and P2.

• Clean all parking signage, rails, stairways, and parking lighting both on ground, P1 and P2 parking levels, and

directional parking signage to entire garage.
