Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: Multiple Positions Available 

Location: West Palm Beach, FL 

Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on the position 

Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Performs general, routine custodial duties to include groundskeeping, and litter removal.  

2. Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal. 

4. Performs cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements. 

Minimum Job Requirements 

1. Must be eligible to work in the United States. 

2. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check/Drug screen. 

3. Janitorial experience of minimum (1) year is required. 

4.  Must be Fluent in English for daytime positions. 

Physical Demands 

1. Considerable physical activity; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job. 

2. Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. 

Qualifications / Skills 

1. Ability to understand verbal instructions. 

2. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. 

3. Ability to operate vacuums and other related equipment. 

4. Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies. 

5. Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. 

6. Ability to understand written and verbal communications.
