Position Summary:

The Janitorial Fill-In Technician provides reliable coverage for employee absences at various client locations. This role requires flexibility, independence, and attention to detail to maintain clean, safe, and professional environments while delivering consistent, high-quality janitorial services

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning and janitorial services at commercial properties, apartment buildings, and rental units.

Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common areas.

Complete move-out and turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and rental units.

Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas.

Restock supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Travel to various job sites as assigned.

Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and client expectations

Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Valid driver’s license (required)

Reliable vehicle for work 

Technical Requirements:

Ability to use smartphone.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to bend over multiple times.

Ability to crouch. 

Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.

Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively

Ability to drive at night.

Background Check Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background check.

Must have a clean driving record.

Janitorial Supervisor
