As our Janitorial Manager in Training, you will work closely with our team to learn the ins and outs of our operations. You will step up as a Janitorial Supervisor by helping coordinate daily cleaning tasks, inspecting work areas, and motivating team members. In this role, you will quickly grow into a confident Cleaning Manager, ensuring our facilities sparkle while maintaining safety and high standards every single day.

What You Bring To The Team
A valid Driver's License and a clean, safe driving record (required).
A desire to lead, learn, and grow into a management role.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
Previous leadership/Supervisor experience is a MUST to be successful in this role
