We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Janitorial Cleaners to join our growing team. As a janitorial cleaner, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation in commercial spaces. Job Skills / Requirements

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Oversee the daily operations of janitorial services for commercial clients.
• Supervise and schedule janitorial staff to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with client contracts. 
• Train and develop employees in cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in budget management and labor cost control. 
• Average work week is 45 hours
• Must be willing to undergo the pre-employment background check required by local laws and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
