Job Description

Janitorial Site General Cleaner (Franklin County)

Part-time 1st Shift 

Full-time 2nd Shift 

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Reynoldsburg, (Franklin County) Ohio 43068


$250 Signing Bonus for Full-time!


Pay: $17.00/hour 


Part-time Schedule: 1st Shift Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:00 am to 1:00 pm 

Full-time Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday through Friday – 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (Some weekends required for special events)



Benefits: 

  • Health insurance available for employees working a 30-hour minimum, with employee contribution.
  • Dental and Vision insurance available.
  • 11 Paid holidays for employees working 35 hours or more per week. Holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • One (1) week paid vacation annually after 1 year of service. Additional vacation time is earned at 3 years and 5 years of service.


 

Job Duties:

  • Cleaning restrooms
  • Taking out trash
  • Vacuuming
  • Dusting
  • Other duties as assigned

 


Physical Requirements:

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC) and background check
  • Communicate well with the public
  • Bend, twist, stoop, squat, reach 
  • Lift up to 25 pounds
  • Walking long distances
