Janitorial Site Supervisor

Pay: $13.00 per hour

    Location:  Union County School District  Whitmire Hwy, Union, SC 29379

    Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

    Requirements/Qualifications: 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead our local cleaning team to success. In this role, you will balance hands-on janitorial tasks with team leadership.

  • Supervise, coach, and coordinate daily tasks for cleaner and custodian team members.

  • Perform general cleaning, including pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.

  • Assist the Manager in ensuring all buildings are cleaned safely and meet our high-quality project scope.

  • Team up with employees to complete special cleaning tasks and projects.

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience as a lead cleaner, custodian, or similar supervisory role.

  • A friendly, neighborly attitude with a passion for helping your team succeed.

  • Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
