What You Will Do
- Supervise daily custodial operations and assign work to team members.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and contract compliance.
- Train, coach, and develop custodial employees.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor equipment, supplies, and workplace safety.
- Support employees with disabilities through coaching and workplace guidance.
- Communicate regularly with employees and management to ensure operational success.
- Help maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two 2+ years of custodial, commercial cleaning, facilities, or environmental services experience.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred

- Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old.
