Job Description

We are looking for janitorial professionals for a long term project (minimum 12-months) in Decatur AL., Mondays & Thursdays and last Wednesday of the month. Shifts start at 8:00 am. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Must be able to work in the United States as sponsorship is not provided.

LTD Construction Management & Services, Inc. is hiring detail-oriented Janitorial Technicians to provide top-tier cleaning and maintenance services on-site in Decatur, Alabama. We seek professionals who take pride in precision, punctuality, and maintaining hygienic environments for clients and the public.

Position Summary: Technicians will perform scheduled janitorial duties across multiple locations during standard business hours. This role demands consistency, professionalism, and adherence to safety protocols.

Location Coverage

Decatur, Alabama (requires your own transportation)

Work Schedule

Every Monday and Thursday, starting at 8:00 AM

Last Wednesday of each month, starting at 8:00 AM

Second and Last Thursday of each month, starting at 8:00 AM

All services must be completed between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

OSHA-compliant footwear and LTD-issued uniform

Use of approved PPE in designated workspaces

Professional demeanor; solicitation is strictly prohibited

Job Details

Full-time position

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Starting rate: $14.00–$14.50/hour (performance-based increases available)

Minimum 12-month commitment

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)
