Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches is opening soon in West Little Rock, AR. We're looking for rock stars interested in full-time or part-time positions who know how to treat people with respect and courtesy. The other traits needed are a happy positive attitude, smarts, and integrity.

We are now hiring for the following positions:

• Promotable Assistant Manager
• Assistant Managers and PIC’s (Person in Charge)
• In Shoppers
• Delivery Drivers

The Assistant Manager and PIC’s will operate and lead shifts when the General Manager is not on duty. Managers are responsible for the effective execution of fast, accurate orders and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
1 - You better know what you are talking about (1 - 3 Years Fast Food or Fast Casual Food experience)
2 - You better be able to teach other people what you are talking about (Held a position of Leadership)
3 - Able to work your tail off 
4 - Be a rockstar with an upbeat & positive attitude

In-shoppers are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service, and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.

Requirements:

Delivery Drivers’ primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area. Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner. Drivers will also work as an in-shopper when no deliveries are scheduled.

Requirements:
1 - Able to work your tail off

3 - Have and Insured sweet ride with Valid Drivers License
