Job description

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY: This is a onsite role requiring 5 days per week at our office in Anderson, South Carolina.

Kravet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst / BI Author to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about transforming complex datasets into actionable visual insights. You will support our mission to move beyond manual reporting and spreadsheet-heavy processes toward a centralized, automated Business Intelligence (BI) ecosystem.

Reporting directly to the Data Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Operations, Finance, and Sales to build dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards and visualizations in Domo to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.

  • Report Automation: Facilitate the transition from static custom coded reporting to automated, scheduled data streams, alleviating technical bottlenecks within the IT department.

  • Data Stewardship: Work with data warehouses, specifically Google BigQuery, to ensure data integrity and organize "data marts" that serve specific business unit needs.

  • Collaboration: Interview business stakeholders to document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new reports or system improvements.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

  • 0–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.

  • Proficiency in creating data visualizations; familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation; familiarity with Generative AI use to assist in building and/or validating queries

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications. Candidates with practical exposure to Domo, or comparable BI tools, and Google BigQuery or alternative cloud-based data warehouses, are highly preferred

  • Strong verbal/written communication; ability to work independently as a self-starter.

  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative analytical methods.

  • Quick learner of new platforms; comfortable navigating complex database structures such as Oracle EBS R12.

  • Capable of liaising between technical IT teams and non-technical business managers to ensure reporting meets operational goals.

  • High level of organization and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.

  • Ability to work independently and problem solve.

  • Willingness to be flexible and work as part of a team.
