The Role

We're building out an operational layer within our LLM team. This is not a classic development role and not a client-facing one — it's the engine room of our AI product: hands-on, detail-oriented work that directly impacts the quality of what we ship.

You'll work closely with our senior LLM engineers, taking ownership of the day-to-day tasks that keep our AI workflows accurate, consistent, and continuously improving.

What You'll Do

- Run structured test scenarios on LLM flows and document inconsistencies, edge cases, and unexpected outputs

- Build and maintain datasets used for model testing and evaluation

- Assist with prompt writing, iteration, and version tracking

- Monitor production outputs and flag quality regressions

- Support internal tooling and workflow documentation

Requirements

- Graduate of a technical program — a bootcamp, vocational college, or a degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- Strong analytical thinking — you notice patterns, spot anomalies, and ask good questions

- High level of English and Hebrew (work involves content in both languages)

- Genuine curiosity about LLMs and AI — you've experimented with models on your own

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebooks, Postman, or SQL

- Experience working with APIs

- Background in QA or data work

- Solid Python fundamentals and comfort reading and understanding code
