Job Description
JUNIOR OPERATIONAL ANALYST
 
Vindico Medical Education is searching for a Junior Operational Analyst to join their team. 
 
The selected candidate will coordinate the finalization of Vindico’s Continuing Education (CE) activities, including organization of tasks and files, deployment of surveys, data entry, and other essential tasks required for close-out.  This includes leading the development of outcomes reports as needed to support the Outcomes Analyst. 
 
Experience with MS Office, the ability to navigate cloud-based databases (i.e., SalesForce or similar softwares), and a willingness to use AI tools is essential.
 
Responsibilities include:  setting, filing, and organizing tasks in SalesForce; entry of data into various online systems which includes coordinating with internal Vindico Medical Education (VME) departments as needed and effectively communicating the meaning of the data to teams as needed; working within company templates (PowerPoint, Excel); gathering, exporting, and filing data; creating outcomes reports to support Outcomes Analyst; and coordinating internal review process and task tracking. 
 
Must have excellent time management, multitasking and ability to deliver on schedule, ensure that all deliverables are accurate, evidence-based, and in full compliance with accrediting bodies, collaborate with management throughout the company as necessary, and aid the team in finding AI-powered solutions for repetitive tasks.
 
Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS degree.  Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce. The ability to work effectively in a remote environment is also essential.
 
The annual base salary for this position is $45,000 to $50,000.  Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.  If you are interested in a similar position outside of this range, please submit your resume with the code ‘WGJOBS’, as we often fill similar positions.  Employees living within a 50-mile radius of the office will be scheduled to work two days per week at our office in Thorofare, NJ.
