Description:  Our K-2 school seeks a flexible, organized, student-centered and collaborative ed tech III to join our dedicated and professional teams. This role will coordinate with grade level teacher teams to provide academic, social and emotional learning support to students in the general education classroom. Additionally, this role will supervise students during breaks and transitions, and at lunch and recess times, as well as provide classroom and office coverage on a substitute basis as needed.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with grade level teaching teams to implement plans for supporting teaching and learning.
• Assist in acclimating students to school routines and support their academic, social, and emotional engagement in school activities.
• Assist with the supervision of students during meal and recess times, emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, and field trips.
• Provide transition support (academic and behavioral) for students.
• Provide coverage for classrooms and the office on a substitute basis.
• Maintain Safety Care certification. 

Qualifications: Current fingerprinting (CHRC) and Maine Department of Education Ed Tech III Certification.
