Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Data Reporting & Analytics Consultant IV to support healthcare data initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong healthcare analytics experience, particularly those with exposure to financial operations and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex healthcare data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
• Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Partner cross-functionally with operational, clinical, and financial teams
• Present findings and communicate data-driven narratives to leadership audiences
• Support automation and optimization of reporting workflows
• Manage and maintain data integrity across databases and reporting systems
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making through advanced analytics

• Experience developing executive-level reporting and dashboards
