Job Description

Expected to last through the end of April 2028

Monday through Friday in office, 7am-3:30pm


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Orders Laboratory supplies.
  • Performs Inventory for the Laboratory.
  • Liaison between Laboratory and vendors.
  • Performs laboratory Trending.
  • Performs lab maintenance.
  • Performs testing of finished products, raw materials and drug product components.
  • Performs WFI testing.
  • Calibrates and maintains instrumentation.
  • Assists with special projectsas required or requested.
  • Promote a safe and harmonious work environment.
  • Maintain complianae with SOPs, GMPs, and all company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in science or related field
  • At least 1-3 experience in a Quality laboratory in a pharmaceutical or medical device setting
  • Knowledge of general computer functions such as Microsoft Office programs, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of processes relevant to quality and various equipment such as balances
  • Knowledge and skill in identifying, analyzing, and controlling hazards which are significant for product quality and reliability in the manufacturing and supply chain
  • Knowledge in the operation of a quality laboratory
  • Skill in handling several projects or tasks at the same time, or within a given time frame
  • Advanced Problem Safety Sensitivity; the ability to recognize a safety issue or potential safety issue
  • Skill to use time management techniques in personal daily tasks and that of othersSkill in quality and compliance vigilanceAbility to inspect the work of others and coach performance in line with company standard operating procedures
