Job Summary - Why you’ll love this position

Job Location: Lead Administrative Support Assistant TDM-Facilitation scheduling primary role with other assigned duties. Base can be within Kirksville, Fayette, Callaway, Audrain, Monroe, Boone and Franklin counties.

Responsibilities - What you’ll do

  • Process, track, and provide responses for background checks for licensed, licensed-exempt, and child placing agencies.
  • Manage and maintain all electronic files related to the Background Screening Unit.
  • Research assigned issues, compile pertinent program information, and prepares complex ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, and/or databases accurately and timely.
  • Exercise independence in decision-making based upon knowledge of agency operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other related work as assigned.

Qualifications - All you need for success

3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
