The Lead Community Engagement Specialist plays a key role in connecting individuals who experience intellectual, developmental, or other disabilities with creative, therapeutic programs that foster growth, inclusion, and self-expression. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Lead helps to ensure daily schedules for the Discovery Center are met while leading by example
