Job Description

Summarized Purpose:

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to build modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications while driving frontend architecture and development best practices.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in frontend development

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive web applications
• Lead frontend architecture and component design
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong expertise in React, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with REST APIs and frontend integrations
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Must Have Skills:

• React or Angular expertise
• JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
• Frontend architecture and design patterns
• API integration experience

Good to Have Skills:

• Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with micro frontend architecture
• Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization

Working Hours:

• India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
• Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
