Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Graphic Designer to support and elevate our Interior Design Department through high-quality, visually compelling design deliverables. The role focuses on translating interior design concepts, narratives, and technical content into clear, engaging visual communications for client presentations, design reports, and bid/tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead graphic design support for the Interior Design Department across multiple projects.

• Develop and maintain strong visual narratives that communicate interior design concepts, material palettes, spatial strategies, and design intent.

• Ensure consistency in visual identity, layout, and presentation quality across all interior design deliverables.

• Review and approve design outputs to maintain high creative and production standards.

• Work closely with Interior Designers, Senior Associates, and Project Leads to interpret design concepts and project requirements.

• Coordinate inputs from multiple team members to produce cohesive, well-structured documents and presentations.

• Mentor and guide junior graphic designers, ensuring best practices in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Manage the full lifecycle of graphic deliverables from concept and layout design to final production and print.

• Prepare and manage large-scale interior design reports, bid/tender documents, and client presentations.

• Establish, organize, and maintain templates, style guides, and graphic resource libraries specific to interior design projects.

• Liaise with printers and external vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.

• Support the creative preparation of bid/tender submissions related to interior design projects.

• Develop high-impact client presentations that clearly communicate design intent and project value.

• Participate in client discussions where required, providing design input and visual rationale.

Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Chaosgroup Vray & Corona, Ai tools with strong proficiency in:

  • proficiency in:Adobe InDesign (mandatory)

  • Autodesk 3Ds Max

  • Chaosgroup Vray & Corona

  • Ai tools

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

  • After Effects

  • Acrobat Pro

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.

  • Excellent layout, typography, and visual communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to think creatively while aligning with interior design concepts and branding guidelines.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 

Overall Experience Required to Execute this Role

• 10–12 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably supporting interior design, architecture, or multidisciplinary design teams.

• Proven experience leading design deliverables and mentoring design team members.
