What we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Product Manager to own the logged-out SurveyMonkey website capabilities and platform. You will define the strategy for how our web presence evolves into an AI-first platform that fundamentally shifts our user acquisition and self-serve revenue trajectory. This role requires a background in technical web product management, a disciplined approach to experimentation, and the ability to bridge gaps by collaborating effectively across engineering, product, design, sales, marketing, research, and data teams.
What you’ll be working on
Product Vision & Roadmap: Drive the product vision and strategy for the marketing website, defining the problem space and identifying high-leverage opportunities to transform user acquisition.
Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to develop, launch, and iterate on customer-facing web products and the internal tech stack. Translate strategy into clear requirements and decisions that maintain momentum.
Technical Fluency: Partner with engineering leadership to identify and bridge gaps in our web architecture. You will ensure our technical stack is not just scalable, but a competitive advantage that enables rapid, decentralized experimentation and delivery.
Data, Analysis & Metrics: Define and track KPIs that reflect the health of the web platform, core web vitals, and user acquisition. Use data, experimentation, and competitive research to surface opportunities and prioritize high-impact efforts.
AI-Forward: Evaluate, implement, and govern AI solutions to increase speed to customer value. You will define the standards for agentic-readiness and educate the organization on AI-first transformation.
Communication & Impact: Shape company-wide strategy by influencing cross-functional decisions and partnering with leadership to drive board-visible business impact.
Strategic Alignment: Navigate complex trade-offs between marketing, technical SEO, and product conversion, aligning multiple stakeholders to maintain a unified, multi-year web vision.
Customer Focus: Deeply understand our target customers. Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and provide competitive analysis.
Operational Excellence: Define and evangelize best practices for experimentation, AI governance, and product-led growth (PLG) that elevate the performance of web and product teams across the organization.
We’d love to hear from people with
7+ years of experience in Web Product Management (SaaS / PLG preferred) delivering significant business impact through web platforms.
4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
A deep curiosity about what motivates users to engage and convert, using that empathy to build web experiences that solve their problems.
High AI fluency with experience launching agents, automating workflows, and improving website agentic-readiness.
A strong understanding of web technologies and content management systems, alongside expertise in data analysis using tools like Amplitude or Eppo.
Product instincts matched by technical depth; you collaborate closely with engineering and design to architect scalable systems and navigate complex trade-offs.
A leadership style rooted in ownership and empathy. You inspire trust, drive accountability, and elevate the people and products around you.
