Be part of the founding team for our new Rocklin clinic opening in March 2027. As the Lead Registered Dental Assistant/Clinic Float, you'll serve as a key clinical leader, supporting providers, mentoring team members, and helping ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of our dental clinic. From providing direct patient care to adapting across workflows and supporting clinic operations wherever needed, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care. Schedule: 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Anticipated Start Date: Fall 2026
Hourly Pay: $30.50-$35.55

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the dental back office, ensuring efficient patient flow, schedule optimization, and exceptional, person-centered care.
- Coach, develop, and support dental back office team members through onboarding, training, performance coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Oversee clinical operations including sterilization, inventory, dental equipment, lab coordination, EHR workflows, and troubleshooting to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient clinic operations.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to resolve workflow challenges, improve communication across teams, support staffing needs, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Chapa-De's mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications:
- California Registered Dental Assistant license, current and in good standing.
- Three years’ experience as a chairside assistant involved in the practice of Dentistry
- Three (3) years’ experience with the dental functionality of an EHR system and advanced knowledge on its use.
- Technical proficiency in: a. All phases of 4 handed dental assisting for endo, prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and restorative procedures. b. Exposing, processing, and mounting routine diagnostic radiographs. c. Laboratory duties as making impression trays, pouring models, etc.
