What You’ll Do

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll play a key role in fostering a safe, loving, and inspiring classroom environment where children thrive. Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate Montessori-inspired lessons that nurture academic, social, and emotional growth.

  • Observing and assessing children regularly to tailor individualized learning experiences.

  • Leading classroom organization, transitions, and routines to ensure smooth, joyful days.

  • Collaborating closely with your teaching team to provide exceptional learning experiences.

  • Building strong, positive relationships with families — becoming a trusted partner in their child’s educational journey.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for educators who are flexible, team-oriented, and passionate about helping children grow. You’ll thrive here if you bring:

  • High School Diploma and one of the following:

    • AA in Early Childhood Education or related field

    • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential

    • At least 12 college credits in Education

  • 45 hours in Child Growth & Development and 45 hours in Curriculum training

  • Experience in early childhood education (required)

  • A warm, nurturing personality and a strong sense of professionalism

  • Physical ability to engage in daily activities with children, both indoors and outdoors (lifting up to 45 lbs)

  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Clear communication skills and fluency in English

  • Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings and trainings
