About the Role:

The Learning & Development Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across the organization. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or corporate training roles.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Organizational Development or Education.
  • Professional certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or SHRM-CP.
  • Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure training impact and ROI.
  • Background in change management and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that supports organizational objectives and employee growth.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across various formats.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and track the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics and feedback.
  • Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in training delivery.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to integrate learning programs with talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the learning experience.
