Bilingual Legal Receptionist

Description

We are looking for someone with the following qualities and skills:

  1. Bilingual in Spanish and English. The applicant must be able to converse, read and write in Spanish and English and be able to translate in Spanish and English.
  2. Answering, screening and routing calls
  3. Greet clients and other individuals that come into the office. Great customer service skills is a must
  4. Manage office calender: Calendar depositions, meetings, medical appointments and notify clients.
  5. Scanning, organizing and saving mail to appropriate client folders and distributing to staff
  6. Knows computers well and can enter information into the case management program, draft basic documents and have a good working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  7. Preparing, cleaning conference rooms for meetings and depositions
  8. Organizing supplies
  9. Filing paperwork, scanning, and organizing closed files
  10. Administrative tasks
  11. Computer proficiency including typing proficiency.
  12. Diligence and attention to detail.
  13. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  14. Experience in Law firm preferred.
  15. If applicant excels in the above there is room to add additional duties for example, efiling, drafting legal documents, etc.
