Job Overview

We're a growing Allstate agency based in Venice, FL, looking for a driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer who's motivated by results and rewarded for them. This is a true sales seat for a closer: we hand you a steady flow of internet and inbound leads, and you turn them into protected families and businesses. You'll represent Allstate — one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the country — with the products, tools, and support to win.

We offer a competitive base plus uncapped commission, so the harder and smarter you sell, the more you earn. There's no ceiling on what a strong producer takes home. This is an in-office role to start, with the opportunity to earn a work-from-home schedule once you've proven consistent performance.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Florida insurance license — required. (2-20, 20-44 or 4-40)
  • A genuine drive to sell and earn; competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by commission
  • Coachable and willing to learn and follow a proven sales process
  • Able to work in-office in Venice, FL (with the chance to earn remote flexibility through performance)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills over phone and email
  • Comfortable with CRM and basic sales technology
  • Reliable, self-disciplined, and resilient with rejection
Responsibilities
  • Convert a steady flow of provided internet and inbound leads into new policies
  • Quote and close personal lines coverage (auto, home, and related products)
  • Round and cross-sell to maximize policies per household on every opportunity
  • Run a disciplined follow-up cadence so no lead goes cold
  • Consistently write 30–40 new items per month
  • Keep the CRM and pipeline accurate and up to date
  • Deliver an excellent client experience at the point of sale
  • Maintain full compliance with carrier and state guidelines on every account
