Promotes and sells Life Insurance products in a call center environment. Works with prospective clients/members to determine insurance needs, perform underwriting analysis on prospects, follow policies and procedures to ensure accurate processing of all sales, achieve minimum required sales goals; and provides Five Diamond Service delivery during all communications.



What you will do:




  • Responsible for inbound and outbound phone sales of life insurance products including but not limited to Term Life, Whole Life, Universal Life and Guarantee Issue Whole Life working in a remote call center environment.

  • Timely follow up on all sales leads received from a variety of sources including internet, direct mail, advertising, and customer service.

  • Accurately implement the entire sales process i.e.: gathering all pertinent information to assess client’s needs, making appropriate product recommendations, providing accurate initial quotes, completing applications, and delivering all requirements to follow through to issued & paid status.

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals and consistently meet established individual call activity, and production targets.

  • Document all conversations with clients accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Build strong and credible relationships, while delivering Five Diamond service during all conversations and transactions.

  • Develop familiarity with Insurance Agency policies and procedures; ensure members understand the application, payment, cancellation and endorsement policies and procedures

  • Work with New Business, Underwriting, and New Business Coordinator to resolve issues as needed

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
