- Perform nursing tasks and responsibilities within the scope of your license and practice.
- Reinforce patient and family teaching programs through health counseling and education.
- Provide supportive and restorative care as directed by the interdisciplinary team.
- Document objective and subjective physical findings and interventions accurately.
- Ensure patient care activities adhere to organizational policies and guidelines.
- Support performance improvement initiatives by participating in educational activities.
- Oversee the coordination of the interdisciplinary plan of care, ensuring alignment with the medical treatment plan.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients, minimizing risks.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Current BLS/HCP certification is required.
- Experience in an ambulatory or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
