Job Description
Job Status: Position is for a proposal and is contingent upon contract award 

 
Location: Bethesda, MD or McLean, VA 

Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lifecycle Manager to join our team. The Lifecycle Manager oversees the entire product lifecycle, and ensures that quality standards are and schedules are closely followed. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Defining plans, processes, methods, and tools for ensuring supply chain management and chain of custody for the life of all Sponsor service assets to help protect from the inadvertent purchase of counterfeit and/or illegally modified products; 
  • Researching and recommending cost effective purchase arrangements that the Sponsor will consider. The Sponsor will determine whether to approve any cost-effective purchase arrangements; 
  • Processing and/or coordinating requests for procuring hardware, software, and services from third-party vendor suppliers; escalating Sponsor service issues to assigned vendor(s); coordinating resolution of service issues with assigned vendor(s); communicating status on service issues to the Sponsor as needed; coordinating contract approvals; and monitoring for delivery of contracted services/licenses within budget and time constraint guidelines; 
  • Responding to requests for quotes or government cost estimates from the Sponsor to support the requirements definition activities; 
  • Administering the Sponsor-provided inventory tracking tool; assisting with software license auditing activities when requested; and ensuring licenses are compliant with vendor usage specifications; 
  • Ensuring compliance with configuration management processes for both hardware and software, including infrastructure support; 
  • Ensuring that all equipment delivered is installed and operational within 60 days of delivery and acceptance by the Sponsor; 
  • Tracking and managing maintenance agreements for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software products; and 
  • Aligning hardware recapitalization, maintenance management, and license renewals in a Procurement Spending Plan 
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience with helping to define Lifecycle Management technology roadmaps and solutions 
  • Experience with Analyzing user integration requirements 
  • Experience with managing the implementation of Lifecycle Management solutions across multiple technologies and ODNI components 
Desired Qualifications: 
  • Proficiency in Agile, Lean or ITIL frameworks 
  • PMP, Six Sigma or ITIL certifications

Education Qualifications: 
Years of Experience: 
  • 10+ years w/ High School Diploma 
  • 8+ years w/ Bachelor's Degree 
  • 6+ years w/ Master's Degree

Shift: Day 

Export Control: For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
