About Us:
Riggs Tree Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Clearance Bucket Foreperson to oversee our field operations.
Pay Range
Wage is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of line clearance crews
- Ensure safe and efficient completion of projects
- Plan and schedule work assignments
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Order and manage equipment and supplies
- Train and develop crew members
- Operate heavy equipment, including bucket trucks
- Communicate effectively with clients, landowners, and utility companies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Clearance Bucket Foreperson or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of line clearance techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and specifications
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid Driver's License. Commercial Driver License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements preferred.
