Situated along Kiawah Island's stunning coastline, The B-Liner offers Members and their guests an elevated dinner experience in a relaxed yet refined beachfront setting. Led by Executive Chef Geoffroy Deconinck, the restaurant showcases a seasonally driven menu highlighting fresh local seafood, premium ingredients, and coastal-inspired cuisine. Originally conceptualized in collaboration with James Beard Award-winning Culinary Advisor Chef Mike Lata, The B-Liner reflects a commitment to exceptional ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and warm hospitality, all complemented by breathtaking ocean views and an unforgettable dining experience.

The perfect candidates will be responsible for the following, among other duties:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, specifications, and quality standards
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail during all phases of production and service
- Assist with daily food preparation, station setup, service execution, and breakdown procedures
- Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and rotation of all food products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with Club and health department standards
- Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks, and stewards to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with culinary leadership and team members to support smooth service execution
- Assist with inventory organization, product receiving, and kitchen maintenance as needed
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Support the culinary team by working any station necessary to ensure an exceptional experience for our Members and guests
This position offers a highly competitive starting rate for lightly experienced candidates and an even higher rate for seasoned culinary professionals, especially those with experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hospitality, or private clubs.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
