Job Summary

Operate production line for sealing or impregnation of prepared customer parts using cranes, hoists and other controls to move customer parts through various stages of production.

Job Description

Load and unload customer parts and/or baskets into the 110/130/140 line in a safe, timely and efficient manner using a crane or hoist. Complete visual inspections and quality checks before processing and alert Quality Personnel or Team Lead about damaged, dirty or contaminated parts. Understand and troubleshoot basic line or crane/hoist issues. Completes all necessary production reporting forms per quality instructions. Basic use of computers as needed. Assists with loading and unloading duties as needed, both on and off the production line. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. May require working flexible hours. Carries out other duties as directed. Must be able to safely work in a variety of potentially hazardous situations while adhering to Quaker Houghton’s Life Saving Rules.
