Hinckley Allen is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Boston, Hartford, or Providence office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) to four (4) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.  The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus.  Candidate must possess strong research, analytical and writing skills.  Admission to the Massachusetts, Connecticut or Rhode Island Bar is required.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on office location, as well as education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
